1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by ab33 ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ab33 concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings on the same subject. ab33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ab33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ab33 reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend any account found to be in breach:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
• You must be a resident or visitor physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing this Platform is lawful.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion scheme.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended ab33 account without prior written approval to re-register.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may maintain only one (1) account on the ab33 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. ab33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Password and Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ab33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You should:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.
• Log out fully after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact ab33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ab33 supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through secure payment channels. The Platform does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

• Upay, Visa, and Mastercard — subject to current availability

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Once approved, funds are typically released within:

• bKash and Nagad: within 1–4 hours during business hours
• Rocket and Upay: within 4–24 hours
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank): 1–3 business days

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ab33 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ab33 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotions.
• Free spins and free bets have a maximum conversion cap; any winnings above the cap will not be retained.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the specific promotion. If no expiry period is stated, a default expiry of 30 days from issuance applies. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited without further notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ab33 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general principles apply:

• Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or altered, except where stated in specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection, ab33 will attempt to restore the gaming session; however, bets placed during a proven system error may be voided.
• ab33 operates live cricket betting including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned events. All cricket betting markets close at the scheduled start of each match.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• ab33 will not honour winnings generated as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, prices, or payouts caused by human or technical error.

7. Responsible Gaming

ab33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. Gaming should always be an enjoyable and safe activity. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, ab33 offers several practical support tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account through account settings.
• Time-out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your account from the Platform at any time by contacting support.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab33 Platform. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation connected to bets placed on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial transactions, including structuring deposits to avoid detection.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or ab33 staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to ab33 support.

ab33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information when required to do so by applicable law or court order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ab33 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive property of ab33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ab33. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab33, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

ab33's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ab33 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and share your data is set out in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and follow strict internal data-handling procedures to keep your information safe at all times.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ab33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For minor or administrative changes, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. ab33 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body as determined by ab33 at its reasonable discretion.
